HybriDetect Chase Buffer
The HybriDetect Chase Buffer is a basic buffer and works well for most applications. This buffer is a regular part of the kit MGHD 1 and MGHC 1 and is compatible with MGHD2 1.
Buffer composition:
- TRIS buffered saline
- pH value of 7.4
- 0.05 % Sodium azide
- viscosity regulating components (Reagent A + Reagent B)

The buffer is used in combination with one of our Lateral Flow Test Kits. The buffer is needed as matrix to transport your sample through the test strip. Further information can be found in the IFU of the used Lateral Flow Test Kit.
Sample/buffer application
Add your sample onto the test strip and insert the strip into the HybriDetect Chase buffer. You can also mix your sample with the buffer and apply it to the test strip.
Buffer volume
You are free in your way of application such as you are in the volume of buffer that you apply. The minimum total volume (buffer + sample) that should be applied is 40 µl.
